What makes you different from other IT providers?

We only use full-time, local technicians — no offshore support or contractors. We also offer flexible, no lock-in support plans tailored to small business needs.

Do you offer on-site support, or is it all remote?

We offer both. If we can fix the issue remotely, we’ll do it fast. But if something needs on-site attention, we’ll send a technician out — no hassles.

Can you help us upgrade or migrate our systems?

Absolutely. Whether you're moving to the cloud, upgrading servers, or switching platforms — we’ll manage the entire process for you.

What hours are you available?

We offer support from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday

Do you offer support outside of Melbourne?

We offer remote support for all of our interstate clients.

Do you support Macs or just PC?

We support both Macs and PCs. We can even help your staff with setting up access to their emails or cloud storage on their smartphone or tablet devices.

Do you have a minimum term?

We don't have lock-in contracts. All we need is 30 days notice.
